Financial Management Services (FMS):

These agencies provide billing and payroll services to individuals who self-direct their services. Individuals can self-direct the following services: Personal Care Services (PCS), Specialized Medical Care, Overnight Respite Care and Enhanced Care Services.

Funding for Financial Management Services is through the HCBS I/DD waiver, if available.
