Community Support Waiver (CSW)

This Community Support Waiver is a new Medicaid waiver program that will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who do not need 24-hour, paid support. There are a variety of services provided on the CSW and there is a $20,000 annual spending limit.  The CDDO will complete a Screener Tool to help you determine if the CSW would be a right fit for you.  You can find additional information on KDADS website, KDADS CSW.  You can also contact the CDDO for additional information.
